Home Insurance: Protects your property, your legal liability to third parties on and off-premise, pays medical expenses for your guests if they get hurt even if it’s not your fault, and pays your additional living expenses if you’re put out of your home after a covered loss.
Landlord’s Insurance: Provides coverage for property owners who are renting out one or more residential homes, apartments, or condos. Personal Umbrella Insurance: This is designed to add extra liability coverage over and above another insurance policy. Umbrella insurance is insurance that provides protection beyond existing limits and coverages of other policies. Umbrella insurance can provide coverage for injuries, property damage, certain lawsuits, and personal liability situations.
Flood Insurance
Flood Insurance: Provides coverage for your covered property that is damaged by rising water. This may be a result of hurricanes, tropical storms, heavy rains, storm surge, and overflow of lakes, rivers, canals, and drainage ditches. When a flood occurs, your entire neighborhood will be inundated with water. Lenders normally require flood insurance for properties located in high hazard flood areas.
Flood damage is often confused with water damage caused by roof leaks and accidental water discharge from plumbing and air conditioning systems. This type of water damage is NOT covered by a flood policy but is normally covered by homeowners or dwelling fire policy.

Boat equipment is portable equipment used on a boat such as boat cushions, anchors, life vests, water sports equipment, … Depending on the carrier, boat equipment may be covered as part of the hull value or it may have a separate limit of coverage.
Fishing equipment coverage is usually available as part of a boat/yacht policy for a small additional premium and will normally carry a low deductible. Even though fishing equipment may be covered by a homeowner’s policy. Homeowner’s policies usually carry very high deductibles.
